I’ve had Aria manage my property in Norman for about 6 years. My property has been kept in good condition and the tenants have been managed well and taken care of with prompt attention to their maintenance requests. They were also pretty fast with renting it out again after someone leaves instead of leaving it vacant for months on end as some property managers do. Overall, a great experience.

I have been renting from Aria for a year now and this is the best property management company that I have dealt with. There have been a couple of issues with the property, but they have been taken care of promptly. ARIA responds very quickly and takes great care of you. My AC recently went out and she replied to my message within 5 minutes on her day off and had a repair scheduled that afternoon. Incredible people to work with and I highly recommend them.

I want to express gratitude for this company! I found them through a referral to Andrea Chambers. First, she has been so wonderful, knowledgeable, considerate, and on the ball with our goals. We have purchased two homes through her and it has been a great experience all around. She also led us to many of the contacts we needed for remodeling and for rental management- which we ultimately went with Aria group for that too. The management side of Aria has been so beyond helpful and insightful. Varhonda knows her market well and works hard for her clients.

Their staff is kind and understanding and they always greet us with a smile. Of our renting experiences, in the Norman area, they are by far the best group we have worked with!

My family and I moved from out of state. Aria called me the day after I submitted a request to apply for a place in Norman. The lady on the phone recommended I not take the place I’d inquired about b/c it was close to a college campus and would be noisy (I work from home and have kids). Instead, she recommended another property for which I was approved the next day. Very good service!

I have leased from Aria Real Estate Group for 3 yrs now and have found my experience with them to be a pleasant one. Anything that has been in need of repair with my condo was taken care of in a speedy fashion. I plan on continuing to lease from them until I’m able to purchase my own home and is giving them a deserved 5 stars.
